Transport policies

Freight is F.O.B. Granby.                                                                                                                          

With a purchase of $350.00 and more (before taxes) the same day, regular ground shipping by our carrier will be free in Quebec and Ontario.  For the rest of Canada, we will pay half of the regular ground freight.           

Air shipping, COD charges, special delivery (hazardous goods, early delivery, etc.) and large truck shipping are excluded.         

An extra handling fee of $8.00 is charge by the carrier for every package that does not fit in a standard box, that are longer than 47", that are heavier than 69 pounds, pails, contain glass, liquid, etc. 

DNR Distribution is not responsable of delivery delay from our carrier.  Therefore, we cannot get or give any credit for delay in delivery.

All damages to a package by the transporter must be mentioned immediately to the driver and to DNR Distribution.  Failure to do so will erase all possibilities of a credit being issued.
