When someone asks us to match for a material, we make a special effort to find the exact match or, when such a thing is not possible, the closest, one available.  To make sure of your customer satisfaction, you must absolutely send us a sufficiently large sample of the requested material.  

We spend a lot of time and effort to find the best possible match. For this reason, no return will be accepted on matched material.                                        

All merchandise must be inspected immediately on reception.   

No credit will be issued once materiel is cut, glued or worked in any way.                                      

To return a product, an authorisation number must be secured from our Customer service dept. 

The material must be packaged correctly and in our possession within 30 days from the date of the invoice. After 30 days, no credit will be granted.                                                                                     

If the material is returned because of a fault of our company, a full credit will be issued.           

If the material is returned because of a fault of your company, a credit can still be secured but you will be expected to pay for restocking and transport charges.
